Cabin Service Trainers are more than just pieces of training equipment. They are vital to the training of airline cabin crew members. Every airline and private training institution must have them.

With over 35 Cabin Service Trainer installations worldwide, SkyArt is recognized as the industry’s most advanced and innovative leader.

Cabin Service Trainers are considered as “mid-level” training devices as they are more refined in comparison to mock-ups, but not quite as fully equipped as SkyArt CEET devices. They are perfectly suited and sophisticated adequately for smaller training institutions. Many airline operators also invest in cabin crew trainer devices to better improve their service quality and increase crew readiness.

While it is not a requirement to use cabin service trainers, airlines that provide this training to their cabin crew can guarantee the quality of their in-flight service. They thoroughly train crews on hospitality that relates to the passenger experience.

This area also offers the option for beginner crews to get familiar with the aircraft environment. The pricing of the CST device is relatively lower compared to the more refined CEET devices.

SkyArt CST devices offer cost-effective training in a realistic and focused cabin environment. They are scalable, modular, and expandable.

What are the differences between a CST and CEET?

CEET devices have all the features required by regulations for aviation safety (EASA, FAA, ICAO, IATA).

CST devices have no regulation requirements giving way for more customization options.

Training attendees improve their skills and proficiencies as the cabin service trainer allows a high-tech understanding of the cabin interior, lighting, communications, and PA systems.
