Cabin Service Trainers (CST) are far more than training devices, they are essential tools for preparing airline cabin crews to operate safely and efficiently. Every airline and professional training organisation relies on them to deliver realistic, hands-on instruction in true-to-life cabin environments.

With over 35 Cabin Service Trainer installations worldwide, SkyArt is recognised as one of the industry’s most innovative and trusted leaders in aviation training solutions.

Cabin Service Trainers (CSTs) are considered mid-level training devices; more advanced than basic mock-ups, yet not as comprehensive as SkyArt’s fully equipped CEET models.

They are ideally suited for smaller training institutions seeking a sophisticated, practical, and cost-efficient solution. Many airline operators also choose to integrate CST devices into their training programs to enhance in-flight service quality and boost crew readiness.

Although not a regulatory requirement, the use of Cabin Service Trainers enables airlines to deliver superior hospitality training, ensuring crew members are fully prepared to provide an exceptional passenger experience

These simulators also offer an invaluable opportunity for new cabin crew to familiarise themselves with the aircraft environment before entering active service.

With a lower investment level compared to CEETs, SkyArt CST devices provide a highly realistic and focused cabin setting for efficient, hands-on training. Designed with scalability and modularity in mind, each unit can be expanded or customised to meet the evolving needs of any airline or training academy.

What are the differences between a CST and CEET?

CEET devices have all the features required by regulations for aviation safety (EASA, FAA, ICAO, IATA).

CST devices have no regulation requirements giving way for more customization options.
